First and foremost, to the manager, Daniel, shame on you! This manager decided to get an attitude after I called to discuss why my dog was transported to a local vet office WITHOUT my knowledge. I am furious at the fact that my dog was HARMED during her service, transported to another facility, and I was left UNINFORMED.
