I had a wonderful experience thanks to Denise. We purchased a dental cleaning treat that was labeled as soft for senior dogs, but unfortunately our dog was unable to chew it at all. When we needed to return the product, Denise handled everything with great professionalism, kindness, and understanding. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly excellent customer service—thank you, Denise!

From when I walked in to when I left, staff was rude to me. I recently moved closer to this store than by the Spring mountain one, and let’s just say I’ll make the extra 20 minutes to not deal with the staff here.
