First of all, I had booked an appointment for a full grooming, but when I got there, they told me they didn’t have time and couldn’t do the full grooming. Then one of the ladies agreed to do it, so I explained that I wanted my dog’s face to be round. Not only was it not round at all, but the scissor marks were clearly visible, and the cut was completely uneven.
