I should of left a detailed comment the other evening. Been visiting this Petco on a semi regular basis coming on two year. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, really took some extra time with helping me with Oracle and even asks where he's at it I run in solo. Definitely worth stopping in. They've always been willing to share their knowledge to help better car for all the critters I have
Better selection but higher prices that PetSmart
This location has groomed our dog for over a year and every other experience with staff/quality of service has been excellent. However, we had an appointment schedule for our dog and received a voicemail 30 minutes before the appointment from the groomer saying “the system overbooked me, I am canceling your appointment.” There was 1- no apology 2- no offer to reschedule or work with us to get our dog in 3- no explanation as to why the groomer waited until 30 minutes before the appointment time to cancel.
