RecommendedMy dog Marlee had an appointment a month or so ago. I called prior to the appointment to make sure they were still grooming and was told yes by a manager. I drove 45 minutes, showed up, and was told their grooming appointments were on hold. I was upset, but they went above and beyond putting my dog at the top of the list when they reopened the grooming department, and also gave me the groom for free!!! went to petco today to pick up cat litter and due to no mask, they wouldn't let me in. they have now lost a customer.
I went to Petco Auburn today to discuss the puppy class that I’ve already paid for and got canceled due to COVID-19. Without sharing the specifics of my situation, I got to say that I have received first class customer service from the professional staff! They are very caring and have a great deal of understanding to the impacts of the Coronavirus on their customers. I wish I can remember the lady’s name who greeted me at the door.
