Extremely disgusted how rude the vet was tonight when we tried to get out Pitts a rabies shot. You shouldn't have these lost cost clinics if you are going to refuse dogs left and right. Ours weren't they only ones. We are done doing business with Petco.

I can't go into this place and come out with any fish! I'll go in there looking to buy a fish and the staff will only tell me how the fish is doomed unless I buy a ginormous tank, let me have my fish and let me do what I want to do with it, good bye PETCO and hello petsmart

I was shocked how poor the service was on Sunday, late morning. I was in with my dog looking for a water bottle while walking. I finally found it, but as I searched aisle to aisle, I did not see one clerk nor was I approached. As I went to the only open check out, I was asked for my phone number for the rewards. That was the extent of the conversation. I was ignored, my dog was ignored, not even if she could have a treat. Another clerk came over and two employees started talking. I was nonexistent. Staff can be rude at times store is not always clean not enough staff on to assist customers. They could take some pointers from PetSmart on how to treat their store and customers
