RecommendedMy 1st time at this location. They are in the middle of a remodel, yet everyone stopped and helped as soon as I walked in. The employees were wonderful, and Elvis my dog even enjoyed a treat from the treat bar. We will be back.
No! A “grooming consultation” cannot reverse the excruciatingly painful and completely unnecessary damage that’s been done from cropping the ears of this poor Boxer! I took my dog to get her second sets of shots because she is a small dog two of her shots had to be divided l waited two plus hours to have the vet give my dog a shot that they had already given her the week before ( her rabies shot) what a waste of a Sunday afternoon thank God the extra shot won't harm my dog next yr l will not be going to Petco for my dogs shots
I always enjoy coming here but every time there's customer's in front of me at the register with some kind of problem. But not that's not Petco's fault it's the customers.
Staff did not pick up poop during the pet clinic left it there just like a piece of paper towel over it walk by about 5 times I said something nothing was done it was somebody else's dog and the floors covered in pee and dirt on the edges of the shelving on the floor. Gross it was disgusting had to wash my puppy's Paws and my shoes when I go outside store. And the cashier it was rude when I tell them it was dog poop in the back and their items for the Pets items was misplace on the shelves way off from Price bars.
It may be expensive for me, but it's worth it in the long run. I have the hardest time just giving my dog a bath. When my dogs fur was all knotted up I felt bad. They did a great job on him. My dog is a Shih Tzu Maltese.
