RecommendedHad just what I needed and had friendly folks to help
Walked around the store for 30 minutes, trying to find somebody that actually worked there. Ended up leaving without what I needed because I just got sick of trying to find somebody. That seems to happen way too often. 😔

Jim is honestly the sweetest guy and so helpful with everything very knowledgeable guy, I signed up for a class for my dog but for some reason they weren’t giving me the petco rewards, he got to the bottom of it and helped me out! Thanks Jim!

Took my dog in for a haircut. Showed the lady the picture and explained what I wanted done. She said OK and that she understood. When I went to go pick up my dog several hours later, she looked horrendous! Not at all how I asked her to be done. Ears cut too short, hair left too long, and the second associate who helped me was very rude. Would not recommend taking your pets here! Way too overpriced for their work.
I have many kinds of fish,turtles,dogs, I have always gone to Petco for my animals. They are nice, professional, if they are not sure they find out for use and not just the basics,they also teach. I will always use Petco
