I've always taken my elderly dog here and yesterday will be the last time I ever go there.... I paid for Tick meds and he never even got them, I requested they give him a few breaks as its hard for him to stand which they never did....he couldn't even walk out of the store he was so sore 😭 I call to complain about paying for the tick meds he never got they say bring him back they will Do it.... well that's not happening... I live no where near there and they never even apologized. .... not very good customer service at all!... read more
get rid of the groomers and Austin the manager. They are doing nothing to help your business
The girls who groomed my cat Sammy did amazing! Definitely recommend. They were super friendly and made sure to ask how I wanted him to be groomed
