Do NOT take your pets here to get groomed. So sad! Get it together petco
I brought my 14 year old dog in today for grooming. I am a groomer myself but can't because we moved and I don't have a building to groom. They did not use a thinning shears, looked very choppy. They did not cut the hair around her mouth. They did not cut her armpits or her lady areas. She also had a shaved cut on her head. (I'm thinking used the wrong blade) I had to dig out my grooming supplies at home to fix her. It may have been a new groomer, I'm not sure. I've brought her there before and they did good.
The employees are always helpful. It's just the pricing on frozen feeders that has me not buying from them. The snakes they sell could use some husbandry upgrades as well. I know they don't have the space, but snakes shouldn't be housed together. The can compete for heat, hides, etc. and have been known to become cannibalistic. I've also had to personally talk unsuspecting buyers out of taking home a boa thinking it'll stay the small size they see before them... We stop in there to pick up frozen mice and we noticed how sick some of the reptiles look! We don't understand why they don't have them in back trying to care for them better! My daughter felt sorry for one that was almost dead and they still made her pay half price! She did get it back to health and it lived for awhile but did end up passing away but she was happy to be able to show it someone cared !
I'm a trucker... Dropped a load there an was bout flat out ignored the whole time I walked round the store lookin for a potential new truckin buddy... Not to mentione half the ferrets I looked at looked skinny an unhealthy... Ticked me off.
I love how you guys treat and observe your fish at the first sign of something not being right, rather than Sell, SELL SELL to make a buck. Your adoption service is wonderful. And your fish guy Alex, was able to tell me what type of fish I ACTUALLY have today. One person told me they were Platys, one told me they were Molly's. Even Google was confused. Guess what? I have Balloon Molly's! Thanks Alex!
