I'm a frequent shopper at Petco Fairbanks and have no complaints with the dog products I purchase there, but have become frustrated with how disorganized the store seems to be lately. There are pallets of product still wrapped in plastic, or half unpacked that are clogging almost every aisle and in major walkways. On my last visit, I got 'trapped' in an aisle and had to turn around and figure out another way. With all of this and add in other people and employees, makes it quite frustrating to get around the store.

Can't say enough about this store and their manager Stephanie! She is amazing and very supportive of the Fairbanks community as well as knowledgeable! Pearl was also very helpful on one of my many visits.

I love how Kristen always greet my fur babies and how much Patience she has for them she seems to be the only one that always bath my babies and I know they are a handful but she is great! Thank you from Loki And Daisy and Us of course ��

I took my dog there for the self wash, the grooming staff was awesome and friendly and offered to help when they had the chance

I just wanna give a huge thank you to the extremely helpful staff there at Petco! Especially the woman named Jessica who helped us get our fish today. She was knowledgeable about every single fish and gave such eye opening advice in a friendly way on how many we should have and how to acclimate them! I never knew how sensitive they were but Jessica definitely made the difference and showed genuine concern for the fish :) thanks petco!!
