Unfriendly staff. Sighed each time I’d ask a question about their products (was looking for a tough toy and toothpaste for my dog). Generally felt like i was an inconvenience while in their store. Just bad attitudes I guess. Really went down hill in the past 12 months as it used to get a great place to shop

I just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Justin at Petbarn Hoxton Park. His customer service was absolutely outstanding and he genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Justin was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient, and nothing felt like too much trouble. He took the time to listen to what I needed, answer all of my questions and make sure I was completely looked after before I left.
