Items purchased through this store for delivery are wrong most of the time. I’ve had to go back and return several items in exchange for what I’ve actually purchased, and they’re always in stock when I do so. Probably because they’re too lazy to go find what someone wants. you can’t just pick and choose whatever you want in place of what I’ve purchased, that’s not how business works. Won't be shopping at this store again. I've been a customer here for many years. I arrived very close to closing time. The safe had locked doors prior to close. Two staff members proceeded to chit chat with presumably the last customer of the day. Threw me an X symbol and proceeded to chat away for another several minutes while ignoring me. It wasn't until the customer left they said they are closed. I advised I was standing there waiting and had to quickly get some food. Update: I would like to add an update to my review and acknowledge the positive service we received afterward. We were served in store by Abbey and Sue, who were both super lovely, understanding, and helpful. They listened to our concerns and processed a refund for the bird food quickly and without any issues. We also checked the shelf to see if the expired bird food was still available for sale, and it appears that it has now been removed.
