Edit - Email was sent prior to this review. Store or Salon Manager called me with no outcome, otherwise than Amelia doesn't work here regularly and she shouldn't have handled this at all. I have since found another groomer and will never return here and continue to share my experiences so noone else has this treatment. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Amelia. I was told I had "no-showed" for a grooming appointment and would now have to prepay all future bookings, yet nobody attempted to contact me until more than three hours after my supposed appointment. Had Amelia or anyone from the salon called shortly after 9:00 am, I could have brought Luna in immediately.
