I have been going to the Hornsby store since it opened. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when advising on food etc if your pet has allergies or hypersensitive to an ingredient. Store always clean and well stocked, plus the reward program is a little bonus. My boy loves coming with me for the cuddles and liver treats.
