Saphia (sorry if I mispelt your name) was so kind and supportive over the phone when I was asking for a certain niche treatment for my cats. This store didn't have stock so she helped me find other locations and stores that had it! Ty so much.
NEVER take your dog for a full groom. We trusted our groodle in their care. What resulted was the cut went so close on the tail, broke the skin down the bone. We have photos. $400 vet bill, 6 weeks of covering the tail, and protective dog hat to stop him licking the wound. Wrecked wallpaper with blood stains all over our walls. Not okay and shocking outcome. And to answer your reply... I DID CALL AND NOONE EVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK.
