Grooming/ Groomers: Unfortunately the new grooming staff are not great. Recently took my 2 dogs (cavoodles) in and the staff were not warm and friendly. Didn't even greet the dogs or try to make them feel comfortable. One of the dogs is a puppy who had never been groomed before and there was absolutely zero attempt to interact with her or make her feel safe and comfortable.
