Had a grooming appointment booked for Wednesday for my cavoodle, was phoned on the day to cancel which I understand, lady called back to reschedule for Saturday 1pm. Arrived for my appointment to be told it had been cancelled again, no text received until 1pm while I was at the store. Very poor service
