I left a one star review about four years ago that has somehow disappeared after buying two fish that had white spot and wiped out my whole tank, I managed to save one fish with treatment that has survived for all those years, I mistakenly thought they might have it sorted and went in a few days ago to buy a gold fish, I thought it was strange that they have such a limited selection.
