The staff were absolutely friendly and happy to help. Lots of selection especially as someone who owns cockatiels. Great for helping dogs and cats with grooming and cleaning. Certainly customer oriented.
Petbarn’s prices are honestly outrageous. Everything here is way overpriced, and the quality doesn’t always match what you pay for. The fish section especially is disappointing — I’ve often seen low-quality or even multiple dead fish in the display tanks just bobbing in the water, and most of them cost about double what you’d pay at other stores.
