although this outlet is smaller than punchbowl it’s well-stocked and the staff here are super friendly and helpful. even shared which grooming tools she used for her own cats and how effective it was. was lucky to score a Beamish St 30min parking next to store (my first time visiting). Then i discovered I needn’t have worried as the store has a 30min free parking carpark attached (entry from Ninth Ave). Well. the recommended guillotine nail clippers worked really well. kat & daughter happy with the purchase.
Wide range of products, very helpful and friendly staff
Store itself was clean and usually service is great but today was a bit off. I was served by a young looking lady- she did help me but she looked angry and spoke to me quite rudely.
