In December, we had our employee holiday party at the Petaluma Woman’s Club. Planning this event with them was a wonderful experience. The communication from the beginning was wonderful and fast, and when we had questions, we received clear and quick responses. The day of the event was made very easy on our team because they set up all the tables and chairs we needed (based on a diagram that we filled out, which they provided). We feel very fortunate that the PWC had a weekend opening for our event, which was a Memorial for a dear friend and colleague. It was the perfect venue for our 80+ attendees, a warm and inviting space in which to honor and celebrate. The ancillary room off the main hall was perfect for food and beverages. Having PWC do table and chairs set up was very useful; as was the use of the rolling carts; the sound system was adjustable and flawless; the screen well sized for our video and slideshow tributes. Our family rented the PWC clubhouse for a Celebration of Life event, hosting about 50 people. We found the historic clubhouse to be a quaint and ample space with many amenities. The microphone was easy to use, as was the sound system (just plug your iphone into the sound system & seamlessly play your Spotify playlists). The kitchen was large and well equipped, and bathrooms were sparkling clean. The AC was adequate for a summer gathering.
