Petaluma Woman’s Club was a really wonderful venue for our memorial with about 30 guests. We thought at first that the space might feel too big for a smaller gathering, but the natural light through their beautiful windows made it feel cozy and warm. The staff were kind and helpful, and Donna, the event coordinator, was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I really appreciated how smooth they made everything during a difficult time. I would absolutely use them again for a future event.

In December, we had our employee holiday party at the Petaluma Woman’s Club. Planning this event with them was a wonderful experience. The communication from the beginning was wonderful and fast, and when we had questions, we received clear and quick responses. The day of the event was made very easy on our team because they set up all the tables and chairs we needed (based on a diagram that we filled out, which they provided). We feel very fortunate that the PWC had a weekend opening for our event, which was a Memorial for a dear friend and colleague. It was the perfect venue for our 80+ attendees, a warm and inviting space in which to honor and celebrate. The ancillary room off the main hall was perfect for food and beverages. Having PWC do table and chairs set up was very useful; as was the use of the rolling carts; the sound system was adjustable and flawless; the screen well sized for our video and slideshow tributes.
