best hospital outside the bay area I experienced thus far, keep up the good work! Very accessible, compassionate and kind. Given the recent experiences of my last 6 years I am impressed.

When to the ER room 2 times same day. Both time they say my daughter was only having ear infection. She had foreign object that was clearly there but denied it was something else. When to Santa Rosa and MD said there was something there but didn't have an Specialist available. Drove to UCSF . The MD and specialist were available to do the precidure quick and finally the foreign object was out. Can believe that petaluma er doctor could see the object when I could see it with just a ligh. Worst experience

I came to the ER with tachycardia and I was checked in immediately at the front desk, then triaged immediately. I was called back and given a bed very quickly. My room became a beehive of activity - kind and efficient nurses and technicians drawing blood, doing a chest X-ray, doing an EKG, checking vitals. Everyone was amazing- professional, kind and very much on top of their jobs. And Dr. Fong checked on me several times to explain things.
