Took two of my daughters after spending over 16+ hours trying to remove the lice myself. I wish I would have made an appointment as soon as I knew they got them. We spent hundreds of dollars on at home treatments and hours standing and hurting my back trying to remove the lice. Shawn is a life saver!! We dealt with our first issue with Lice and I freaked out. I called Shawn and left a message, she texted me right away and told me her availabilities. I treated my daughter that night I found out she had Lice and Shawn gave me advice on what to do and what to check for in our house. We still made an appointment with her so she could treat my daughter and make sure all those buggers were out.
