If you're looking to get your haircut or styled for a special occasion or for an event or holiday, do not use Petaluma hair company. They will cancel your appointment at the last minute even if you schedule months in advance. They have stylists that take days off at the last minute and don't show up for their appointments. We were canceled for our Christmas haircut, we were canceled for our son's picture day haircut, and we were canceled on several times last spring.
