did not let me spend more than I needed to – I went in not knowing much about reloading, Darrel, made sure that I understood everything that I needed to know, did not have me spend more than I needed but made sure that I had all I needed. These guys are really great. My experience doing business with them has been so outstanding that it has prompted me to write this review. I use to know nothing about guns, but I was treated with respect from the start. They do exactly what they say they're going to do and if you have a problem, they fix it, right away. Honest, good and friendly business best describes them. Awful customer service – This is one of the best stores of its kind. Unfortunately, its customer service leaves very little to be desired. I had a dispute over a matter, which was eventually resolved, but it was an awful experience for me. I will never shop there again. Online stores give me better customer service.

Competent/attentive – I was there on a Saturday about 2pm and was alone with the store manager. He courteously answered questions about blackpowder items and then a rush of customers came in. I told him to work with them and he did. An assistant came in and helped me finish buying the books I was interested in. I always felt the store was well-stocked, the staff polite and I got what I went there for and more. I will go back.

Always closed when i visit, and treated rudely when asking simple questions... – First of all, i cant stand when you call or visit a gun store and they treat you like an idiot if you dont know everything there is to know about guns. I was treated this way several times and i do know alot about guns. They should be friendly and helpful, thats how you treat a customer, its just good business.
