There was a 170 X-ray charge that we didn’t request. We asked for an exam based on the scan that our orthodontist provided. This scan wasn’t good enough apparently but I was not consulted on the upcharge and a simple phone call could have prevented the X-rays from being done. This was his third X-ray in less than a week, It was made clear- I made the appointment, I was paying, I confirmed The cost the day of, left my phone number and verified the cost before the appointment.
