I was able to get an appointment quickly for my lame Mini Donkey. He was treated kindly and every part of the exam was explained. I wish I had been more diligent in my search for a vet in December and might have had a better result for my boy.
The attention to detail from the front office staff (Louise) to those who provided us the services were wonderful, attentive, and present. I really appreciated the concern and attentiveness to my herding dog and her needs. Also...I appreciated the walk to the equine facility to use the restroom and Sophie's welcoming manner. I would absolutely recommend this facility to those who have canine partners, either competition or "just" family as they support all levels with great integrity and character.
Dr. Haley Casbeer is extremely knowledgeable, professional and explains things clearly, in a practical way. It was a great experience to work with her recently when she saw my horse in Martinez.
