I called to order a floral arrangement recently. The person I spoke to identified herself as the proprietor's sister. She was extremely opinionated and must have had a speech impediment of some sort as she was difficult to understand. As I was at the time grief stricken, the last thing I needed was a know it all trying to tell me what I did and did not want. Is she even an accredited florist? I would tend to think not. When I called to order my arrangement, I the phone was answered by an individual who I believe was the owner's sister. She was very unhelpful and not at all knowledgeable. In addition to the fact that she was quite difficult to understand. after a long conversation that seemed to go in circles.... I became frusttrated with this clerk and opted to go with another florist. I will never recommend this florist to anyone and I highly recommend to the this business that they find a higher caliber of employess.
