Don't order from this company! I ordered a corsage to be delivered for my son's date for prom. It never showed up. I called and emailed and I still haven't heard back from the company! I am so very disappointed in just flat angry at the lack of communication and no attempt to make this better!

I chose to order from a local florist since I like to support local. This time I made the WRONG choice. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like what ordered. I ordered ELEGANT, UNIQUE, with a CLASSY bow, even upgraded it. The spray delivered was PRETTY, ORDINARY, with a TACKY bow. It arrived early and no one but me would know it wasn't what was pictured. I still believe in supporting LOCAL florists. Just if you want something that looks like what you ordered, you may want to NOT order from Petals & Stems.

I logged on to get some flowers for my wife for our anniversary. After paying I decided to call to double check the delivery instructions. The lady explained that the flowers that I chose would have to be ordered as they're not indigenous to our area. She agreed to put an arrangement together for the same price so my wife could still have them today. She even delivered them to where we were having lunch. 100%!!!!!!!!
