I have been a patient of Andrea since Jan of 2024 and she is the most amazing therapist I have worked with. She is honest and knowledgeable. She combines clinical therapy to real life experience and really helps you to understand your why and how to build from there. Her focus is always to help guide you through whatever it is you are going through. Jess is one of the kindest, most patient, and most supportive therapists I have ever worked with (and I've worked with a LOT of therapists over the years). I always feel heard and seen, never feel judged in the slightest, and her ability to reframe some of my worst thoughts into something constructive or even comforting is genuinely mind boggling. I couldn't recommend anyone better then Andrea! For someone like me who hates going to therapy, she makes it enjoyable without being too heavy. I feel like I'm being heard but also challenged at the same time. Love working with her!
