This store is no longer Petals on the Plaza- it has changed to The Lush Lily and is under new management and staff.
Actually, I went back and they were much much MUCH better now, I was shocked. The flowers last longer ( they might be getting fresher ones now! finally) and the new people are nicer and give you a much better flower arrangement than before. I don't know how I will say this but I do recommend it now believe it or not.
Flower arrangement arrived Monday - wouldn't you think Petals at Carindale would use fresh flowers being the start of the week and a Monday?? apparently not. The greenery was already wilting . By the next morning - yesterday - some of the flowers had started to die - and a lone stand out mauve lisianthus was drooping along with other bud stems that were fillers. Petals Carindale obviously don't use fresh flowers and therefore shouldn't be in business. The dear friends who sent them to us would be disappointed and disgusted. ... read more
