I have ordered from here twice now. This time I will remember to not order from here again. Ordered Saturday for a Mother’s Day delivery - flowers were not received. Monday no answer on their phone and no way to leave a message (voice mail not activated). Email response saying they were out for delivery at that time - 12:49pm. Flowers were left on porch at 7:30pm. Without notifying the recipient they were there. Flowers while nice are not even close to what was ordered and are not worth the amount of money we paid. No one answers any of the phone numbers associated with the company. I tried calling the numbers listed on their google maps profile and on their website.

Placed an order online, it said same day delivery…. It never came. Order never went out. I called to confirm, spoke to a person, they said they’d call me back in a couple mins to straighten it all out. They never called back. Tried calling over 10x they never answered again…. Complete joke

I am not impressed with the service. The website order form did not clarify that delivery was extra, nor did it give the option of paying for delivery right when the order was placed. Instead, the system emailed me about it later with a new and higher bill due, so I didn't see it for several days. Consequently, waiting for payment meant the flowers were delivered late.
