I hate leaving bad reviews but if I'm bad at my job I would like to know about it! I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews on this place first. Bad shop! Bad business practice. Bad customer service. Please don't use this business. You will be disappointed. I placed an order at 6AM local time for a delivery that day. Received a confirmation email that it was all set and delivery was expected that day (02Feb26) Nothing was received. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers, I really appreciated the above and beyond service and kindness. I received a gorgeous, mixed bouquet delivered for my birthday!
I tried to order flowers through their Metchosin office to be delivered in Metchosin and was expected to pay an additional fee for out of area delivery. What? Then I canceled the order immediately and did not pay the additional fee so now they are trying to charge me 5% to cancel the order. Very bad service!
I ordered flowers to be dilvered to Sooke for my anniversary the next day. They were not delivered and no one sent me a notification that it was outside their delivery area until after I called. The staff were nice enough.
