This is my go-to florist for several years. $145 CAD = massive designer's choice order (I requested specific colours), full size special occasion card, delivery fee, and taxes. I ordered flowers to take to a funeral for my cousin. I gave my price range and a general idea of what I wanted. I was beyond happy with the amazing job they did. Several people commented on how great they looked. Thank you so much for the attention and care you put into the arrangement. It made a sad day a little brighter!
Charge $15 for delivery and don't even try to make the requested time or notify me when they could not. No apologies or remedies to make a customer happy. Will not use this florist anymore. I suggest not wasting your money here unless you are okay with flowers being delivered to your doorstep when it's -10 and your flowers die.
