I had a bouquet ordered to family from out of province. Service was fast, communication smooth and price was fair! Thank you for a great gift for a special day.
Show up 1 hour before closing time because wrapping up 3 flowers takes them more than 20 minutes apparently. Customer based business with no customer care business.

One of the workers told me NOT to reserve one of the flowers I wanted as she said it would still be there in 2 days. Then I go in 2 days later and they are all gone. The way she responded to my request seemed like she did not want me to reserve the flowers in the first place.
