Owner is very rude to be in a business that has face to face interaction with the public - who depends on her services. 3 experiences with this business - 2 years apart. I'm not sure how this business is still operating as they act as if you are inconveniencing them when you call and request flower arrangements. I needed to meet with her to discuss flowers for my spouses sudden death - because she did not want to open up on a Saturday or Sunday and wait until Monday - the day of the visitation - she lost a $2000.00 order. I received these lovely flowers from my daughter. They were delivered to my door with a very pretty card. Petals Flower Shop did a wonderful job. We’ve ordered other arrangements from them before and have always been very happy!
