I received a flower arrangement from Petals Florist on my birthday June 4. By Sunday June 7th the flowers had all died. I called the store multiple times and got no answer. Unable to leave a message as the mailbox is full. I reached out via messenger on Monday no response. I reached out via email on Tuesday, no response. Do not call yourself professionals when you take no responsibility for delivering poor quality flowers and fail to respond to any ways of communication. Do yourself a favor and find another florist to use.

Look no further for a Florist. They have the BEST Flowers and arrangements in the Industry. Ordered my wife a dozen red roses and the arrangement was so Beautiful. Thank you so much for making our 31 Anniversary extra special!! God Bless You
We got our wedding flowers from Petals and if I could give them 10 stars it still would not be enough! They are the most amazing people to work with! Our flowers were stunning! All of the bouquets came out so beautiful!! The customer service we received from this family owned business was truly the best experience I ever had! I can’t thank you enough for the service and the flowers you guys provided! I will never go anywhere else for flowers! You guys made our wedding so beautiful thank you so much!
