I couldn't be more frustrated with my experience. I ordered a nice bouquet of flowers for my Mother who lives in Dagsboro (less than 5 minutes from this store) for mothers day to be delivered on Saturday 05/07. It wasn't delivered on Saturday or Sunday or at all. I spoke to a lady at the store who I can only assume is the owner on Sunday 05/08 (Mothers Day) and she assured me it would be delivered within 20 minutes of us talking. Again no delivery. I ordered a Sympathy arrangement on line at Petals & Treasures.i rec a confirmation. The they sent me a email, they were getting ready to deliver it. They also advised at that time they did not hv the exact arrangement available as out of the flowers and made up a different arrangement and different vase. I could not believe they did not tell me this at the time they started the order, nor ask if I wanted to choose another arrangement or just cancel my order. For the price my son paid -over $100 including delivery(you are located right town)I expected a more uniform arrangement. Realize Mother day is a busy time for the industry, but expected a better outcome. One side had all the roses and lily's and the other side hardly nothing. It does not look like it was put together by professional. Its not a balanced bouquet. Saw the original picture of what he thought he purchased just not what the quality expected. Perhaps in shipping to my door something happened to this arrangement.
