I have to admit I have now come to Petals and Promises Bridal twice for wedding dresses, and I loved it this time too! Shopping during the pandemic makes the experience slightly different, but it turned out great! Hana helped me find the perfect wedding dress and she was so amazing! Super fun and gave her honest opinion on what she thought looked best. She was an absolute doll!! This store was so amazing, they had an amazing selection. My one and only store and I found the perfect dress!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Go somewhere else! My daughter and I were convinced by the associate here that there was no doubt that the seamstress (whom the store recommended) could make alterations to a very expensive one of a kind dress. After several fittings and attempts to alter the dress, the seamstress told us that the store never should have suggested that we buy the dress, and that it would require "magic" to make it fit. I drove almost 5 hours to go to this shop and man was I impressed. The customer service I recieved was phenomenon. I never once felt pressured and they were more concerned on finding me the right dress and catered to my every need. When I found the right dress I cried and knew it was the one. When I first walked into Petals and Promises, I hadn't planned on buying anything. I wanted to make sure I had done a lot of looking around first. But I ended up walking out with my dream dress! Emily was so kind and professional. She said she was new, but she handled everything so well, just as if she had been working there a long time! Everyone there is so nice and they know their stock!
