If I could give them zero I would. Family from out of state ordered flowers and were told they were delivered. We have cameras at our home and there was no delivery attempted on the day they state they delivered them. When we asked in person we were told that at the end of the day they went through the list and when nothing was listed they just checked it off as delivered and therefore couldn't replace the flowers that they never prepared or sent to begin with. Have been calling for an hour now and no answer… we don’t live in town but wanted to do something special for our mother’s retirement by sending her flowers. We spent just over $70 on a BEAUTIFUL bouquet and what was picked up didn’t even have a single flower from the advertised photo. The person who picked up to deliver them for us was unaware of what they were supposed to look like, so they didn’t know to question it upon pickup.
