Disappointing experience with delivery. I placed an online order for next-day delivery based on the website's advertised policy, but the order was not fulfilled. When I inquired, I was told that the owner's personal situation sometimes prevents fulfilling orders as promised, which was not clearly stated on the site.
I've ordered from Petalage a few times to send flowers to my employees and I can't recommend Michelle enough! She is great at communicating, puts orders together quickly, and they are always so beautiful! I love that she sends delivery pic confirmation as well. Thank you Michelle!

I had a poor experience with one of the national, corporate chains and ended up needing to cancel my order, because they notified me at the last minute that they were not able to fulfill it in time. This left me scrambling, and I reached out to Petalage.
