I ordered a gift basket(8am) of various snacks to be delivered to my husband for our anniversary and an hour later they canceled it due to "not in stock" items! I dont get the issue. I worked as a florist for well over 12 years and anytime we got a gift basket order we had to GO OUT and purchase the items same day, then create the basket. Is Albany really that lazy?
