I've nothing but problems from this place from getting online order wrong to actually having to go pick up my order because it was never delivered. You would have better luck going and picking your own flowers. 2 thumbs down.
Excellent customer service!
I wish I had the kind of experience everyone else does. My flowers always look old. The people there are NICE. Last year, the bouquet I received was bad enough they replaced it, but I'm not going to ask them to do that every time. I think it's because my husband works for Teleflora, so naturally he gets a discount, so they use old flowers.
