I ordered flowers through their partner Caboolture Petal Patch and what was delivered was pathetic – wilted, ugly, and nothing like what was advertised. It looked like it came from a bin, not a florist. I complained immediately on June 22, was told to go through Petals Florist Network, and submitted my complaint on June 23. I sent every photo they asked for, including full arrangement shots by June 24. Since then? Not a single response. No refund. No update. Nothing. Absolutely disgraceful experience. My partner spent $131.95 on a flower delivery from Caboolture Petal Patch via Petals Florist Network, and what turned up was a complete joke — wilted, bruised, and looked like it had been dragged out of a bin. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I received a flower delivery from my partner, who spent $131.95, expecting a fresh, high-quality bouquet. What arrived looked anything but — the flowers were wilted, bruised, and already showing signs of deterioration. When I called the business to raise my concerns, I was told the flowers were “fresh that morning” and that their condition was due to being “delicate” and “light-coloured,” which apparently makes bruising appear more noticeable.
