The women there are knowledgeable and know their stuff, can tell they are always learning about their job, they care about pets they groom. They have always gone above and beyond when I bring my dogs in to get groomed. And try to educate me in coat maintenance and bring up any concerns they notice in my dogs appearance or behavior each visit. I will continue to come here and recommend friend's

Have gone to PetX for grooming for both of my dogs for years and loved them. However, they’ve recently gone really downhill. In the last few visits, the haircut that was asked for was not followed well, dogs with shaved rat tails, the next time left tails super long, nails left longer, etc. but I looked it over since it’s right across the street from my house, and hey, hair grows. Gave me a “high end estimate” at 55.00 over the phone. When I picked her up they said it was 60.00. I had to pay before I seen her so I added a 10.00 tip. So now it was 70.00. She weighs approximately 7 pounds. She didn’t need nails or ears done. I asked for her to get a cut to clean her up and the long skirt cut. She was still wet around the ears when I picked her up. And looked as shaggy as when I dropped her off. She was done in less than 45 min. Basically I paid 70.00 for someone to give her a bath. I will never go there... read more
