I went to pick my cat up after surgery and they gave him to me sitting in his carrier full of urine, which is not how I dropped him off! That is unacceptable. For the amount of money I spent, I expected more caring towards my pet and also towards the cleanliness of my pet after a surgery.
Ive been there a few different times and always been satisfied.

Everyone is amazing. I have been to other Vets that treat pets as just animals. At Pet Wellness, everyone understands that they are our furbabies. The entire staff will take the time to answer any questions and were great with my doggie. If you are looking for a vet, this is the place to go!
Dr. Twardus and her staff have always been friendly and caring. The prices aren't ridiculous like other places we tried before she was recommended to us.
Friendly staff and decent prices on procedures/wellness visits. Prompt service as well. I have never waited long before seeing the Vet either.
