This company is terrible! They spend ***************************************************************** $75 Dollars twice a month. I canceled their service and they charged me &268. 00 This is not exceptable.
I signed up for their service in the Spring for a full clean up. The Spring clean up was no charge with 4 months of service. So I decided to try it out. Every week they come and clean up my yard, make sure my gate is locked when they leave. In all honesty, I haven't even seen the person that cleans my hard. I signed up for services every other week. They instead showed up eight days later (I thought 2 weeks = 14 days). I called to explain that we were away that week and that my dog had not been out once since the last cleaning. The person I spoke with (said he was the owner) was incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, he chose to spend hours arguing with me via email. I wanted to give them another chance but they didn’t show up for the next scheduled cleaning. I love this service! They always do a great job. The office staff has been nothing but helpful and have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs.
I have used Pet Waste Professionals for an initial clean/spring clean. The operator was very professional and pulled three bags of waste from my property! It was so nice to have my yard cleaned up. I continued my service after the initial clean and couldn't be happier with the service. Todd was/is the man who cleans my yard and does a great job!
When I registered for service the "receptionist" was unable to give me my order confirmation number and said they would email it. I never received an email. I called my credit card company to alert them and Visa said Pet Waste Professionals had already checked to make sure my credit card number was active so we flagged this as a charge NOT to be accepted. Our system is set up so that an email is sent automatically to a customer as confirmation of the order, as soon as an order is placed. If an incorrect email address is provided then this doesn't happen, of course. The email can also be caught in spam filters and on several occasions this has been found by a customer when they have said they didn't receive the confirmation email.
