The grooming department are extremely unprofessional and rude especially Melissa and Kerri. There has been several occasions where I have came to drop off or pick up and the staff didn't even acknowledge me. I was taking 4 dogs which is a lot of money to this groomer for over 2 years. There have been several occasions where I couldn't be there by 9am drop off but I was there by 9:30am and they took my dogs. Now because I wasn't there by 9am they gave my dog's appointment away after we had waited 2 weeks for the appointment. ... read more
Love these people...they do an awesome job in every area. Their groomers even took on my daughter's feisty teacup chihuahua, my granddog, Mamacita...but she didn't intimidate them. ha ha ha. Thanks everyone at Pet-Vet for your expertise in treating all aspects of care for our fur babies. From Lola and Saya's mom....and Mamacita's grandma. :)

Dr. Kim and all of the staff in the Vet Clinic are amazing. The staff in the store are super helpful. I've always felt welcome and confident in the information I was given.

Absolutely, hands down one fabulous store... Staff and Veterinarians especially Dr. Kim.
My favorite place!! Great vets, great groomers, great vet techs and great staff!! Love the entire staff, especially Dr. Fruitt and Yvonne! They take awesome care of my babies! Melissa gives the best baths and Dawn is the best groomer! They spoil and pamper Miss Berklee and make her look beautiful!! She loves them!! Highly recommend!!!❤️❤️
My visit today was great. My dog was very hyper and is pretty strong, but the staff was kind and polite and was able to give him his shot. The grooming dept was able to get his nails clipped and filed down. Again dealing with a hyper strong dog. Lol. I thank those ladies soo much.
