Can't say enough good things about Dr. Kris Mahaffey. She's been mine & my pets' vet for almost 13 years. She is caring not only of your pet, but you as a person as well. Add to that her intelligence & experience- what more could you ask for? I hope to be seeing Dr. Kris for many years to come. :)

My parents' dog Dixie (who has an ACL injury) was boarded at Pet Vet for several days. She was picked up Saturday and inadvertently left without her meds. Mike came in on Monday (Memorial Day Holiday), noticed they were still there and delivered them to my parents' home. Thank you Mike - I will never be able to repay you.
Dr. Kris, Mike, and the entire staff at Pet Vet Animal Hospital are fantastic. This small, family owned practice shows care for their patients and the families, too. We have taken our pets to larger clinics in the past and have had many bad experiences. We found our vet home at Pet Vet! Our Jango and Lando love the staff, and Kris and Mike go above and beyond to make themselves available.
Never had a problem getting seen and always had good experiences with all of our fur babies. When we had an emergency with our Katy-cat we were referred to one of the nicest after hours vets I have ever seen. She helped us realize that it was Katy cat's time and helped ease her pain. It saddens me when people take one experience and bash a company or practice because of one bad experience that was beyond their control. Keep up the great work, y'all.
Dr. Mahaffey is fantastic! She really loves her patients. She is so sweet to them when they come in and explains everything to you. The staff is always friendly and helpful! I love this vet. Honestly, hands down, the best vet I've ever used out of the 4 I've used previously. Oh, and the prices aren't outrageous.
Best place to take ur animals! They truly care and it shows as soon as u drive up!
