My girls and I always have a good experience here! They've seen Dr Kim, (one of my girls is getting pretty old and has cardiac issues and Dr Kim is very good and thorough with her) been to spa day in grooming and everyone treats them like family. The store has an amazing supply of healthy foods and treats, as well as a wide variety of collars, leashes and other accessories. I never go anyplace else!
Refused my sick dog, tells me shes contagious and says to leave
They always take great care of my dog. Thought he wasn't going to make it after eating self starting charcoal. With their help he is wagging his tail again and begging for food like normal.
Very helpful friendly staff despite my old dog having an accident. Informative and really helped me get what I needed for my dogs! The sale really helped the ole wallet! Much appreciated!
A month ago, my elderly dog was about to die. I couldn't get in to my regular vet and I didn't know what to do so I went to them in tears for help. I'd never been there before, but the entire team was the most compassionate, caring, and sympathetic group I'd ever met!
