The pet travel store was very helpful and informative. I had to return the crate because my do could ride inside the plane. They were courteous and very helpful.
Making me less stressful, i have to travel from US to Taipei and to Bangkok with out French Bulldog,,,great information regarding to all the forms and paper works...thank you...
they were very helpful with guiding me to the right people to speak to with regards to moving my rabbit to vietnam from thailand, only issue was that they didnt provide that service themselves! i wish they did. thanks for your help in finding the right people to speak to.
