Jennifer and her team are awesome, they work hard with little staff and they love all my animals. It has been hard for them since Covid. With the cost of supplies continually going up and staff shortages. But they have truly rescued my animals from noticing tumors, infections and when they might be running a fever. I love this place because I know they really love and care for my animals!

Terrible customer service! I was attempting to describe the cut I wanted for my pup to the owner and she kept interrupting and insisted she didn’t know what a visor cut was and told me “I was making up terms”. I decided this was not the place I should leave my dog for safety concerns due to her aggression, I asked her for my pup back and I would not be leaving him, her PROFESSIONAL response was “good job”. If she treated me this way, I can’t imagine how she treats pups when owners are not around.
Wonderful service and care for our pets. They genuinely love our puppies.
