Very pompous employee's. When i asked them to get me a fish they proceeded to treat me like i was an idiot and give me lessons on how to raise fish. Then when asked for a supervisor she proceeded to act just like the employee with know judgement on what public relations are.Further more there facts were extremely exaggerated . I am a 30yo man with multiple fish tanks in my house from tropical salt water to basic goldfish setups. I knew i should have avoided a pet-chain-store.
Great experience in the Grooming Dept. Super friendly and professional. Leah did an amazing job. Great customer service. I will definitely be back and recommend them highly to anyone!�
