pets supplies plus is one of my favorite pet store I love looking around and seeing what kind of snakes they have!. :)
Very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile is hard to find these days.
I'm in this store almost weekly. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. I had been having a problem with my lizard's night light bulbs. They returned them all even though I was missing one receipt. They offered a different brand of bulb and that has solved our issues.
I come here really for my Pete the Parakeets for food and supplies. Today we had the great pleasure of working with Ashley to adopt our dear new family member Mr. Kitty Willis Sr. He seems distinguished so we added the Sr. � Ashley was so helpful and so patient with us as we asked her many many questions and she helped us find the best supplies for our new friend. Thank you so much Pet Supplies Plus in Medina and Ashley in all of your wonderful assistance! We'll see you again soon!!
