RecommendedWhere do I start. From the moment we walked in to our Medina Pt Supplies Plus store we always get a welcome what can we help you with? We had a 12:15 appointment for our Max. We came at 12:00 and they took him in immediately. They trimmed and buffed his nails smooth. Because when they’re not he can scratch us. Being older our skins not as resilient. This time we also got his teeth brushed for the first time. He tolerated it well. Bottom line we’re treated by friendly folks and great service.

RecommendedThe dog wash is always stocked and clean (and a great deal when you have multiple dogs!), but more importantly the staff is always very kind and helpful. They are particularly accommodating of all the times we come in to work on some training, which is much appreciated!
