Went to my normal location in pineville. They were out of stock. They offered to call Sharon location to check, I told them I could handle that. Turns out the Sharon locations phone was off the hook, straight to voicemail. The pineville staff then tried, same result. They said the inventory listed 3 of what I needed, but openly stated that the Sharon location is bad at updating inventory and that I should keep in mind that number could be inaccurate before driving there. Made a reservation to board my dog in person. No indication there was a problem with the reservation. Showed up on the day they had no reservations on file and insinuated it was my fault somehow. Be very careful not dependable.
