I waited in line for 5 or 10 minutes because the woman checking out told the cashier the assistance she requested carrying dog food to the cashier never came to assist. The cashier called for assistance again leaving us to stand and wait. I had one item-she should have canceled her taken me. THEN another register opened and instead of asking to help the NEXT in line, she absent-mindedly just announced she was open.
Female employee at the front desk was extremely rude. They have two dog washing stations. I have two dogs, she tried to tell me I cannot pay to use both of them at the same time. Apparently because another customer might want to use the other tub.. even though I washed both my dogs, using both tubs at least 10 times... I'm a paying customer what should it matter?? Finally I get her to let me use both tubs. then she says condescendingly. "enjoy your two tubs" make sure you're done in a half hour or less! to which I asked her ... read more

Next to home depot it's my favorite store. Everyone is so helpful and they always have what I need in stock. ❤🐾

Luv this store. The manager n staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. U can tell how compassionate the ppl who work here r. Many times our dogs have needed stuff we were not sure what to buy and the manager had no problems coming into the floor to help us out. N she gave our babies one on one attention. She wasn’t bothered at all by our golden retriever who is quite hyper. I would recommend this store over many others in the area. Even though Carlo isn’t a fan of baths, we both absolutely love the employees at this location. The store is clean. Everyone is friendly. Carlo gets spoiled every time he comes in. Can’t beat the coupons and regular deals, too! Plus, PSP does a lot for our local shelters and rescues.
Good prices, competitive with the bigger chain stores, easy to find stuff. But they get a star knocked off for not having a public restroom.
